If you're a homeowner
The best way to reach us is to submit the application form. A real person reviews every application within two business days and calls you to confirm the details. If you have already applied and need to reach us before that call, email admin@solarbatteryusa.org and we will get back to you the same business day.
If you're a licensed installer
We are selective about the installers we work with, and our network is built carefully rather than quickly. If you hold an active CSLB C-46 or C-10 license in California, or a TDLR license in Texas, and you want to be considered, email admin@solarbatteryusa.org with the subject line "Installer inquiry." Include your license number, service area, and the battery brands you are certified to install.
Privacy and data requests
To request a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or opt out of communications, email admin@solarbatteryusa.org. California and Texas residents can read their specific rights in our Privacy Policy. We respond to all requests within 30 calendar days.
